Sourcing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for economy, time and quality, including continuous sourcing improvement
· Represents the company, its business aims and values, as well as its personnel
· Be able to convey, explain, document and gain acceptance for the sourcing targets and values of the organization and ensure that the appropriate actions are taken
· Systematically inform sourcing team members to facilitate a decentralized decision-making process
· In order to be a credible representative for Company, shall have sufficient knowledge about the Company Group
· Has the responsibility to put at disposal the available proper competence and amount of resources required by project and activity plans
· Has the responsibility to work with Competence Development of each individual and to implement a learning culture
· Responsible for the working environment within the sourcing scope that has been delegated.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in electronics or related area.
· At least 5 years souring managerial working experience in Multinational company.
· Have good knowledge in supply chain.
· To be business minded and customer oriented.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
· Fluent in English speaking and writing.
