As a member of the Finance team, employees act as a full partner in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value. Company Finance has a strong focus on facilitating change and improvement both within finance and in the operations supported.
The finance manager position will be responsible for an array of activities on our program. These will include the more traditional processes (Close, Plan / POR, SLRP etc) but, as with any start-up team, there will be many opportunities to exercise influence across a wide range of topics. Examples include setting up an optimizing end-to-end PO/payment processes, defining affordability structures at various levels, and working with operations to reduce our discretionary spending with a huge focus on relocation spending. This position will interface extensively with both F68 operations but also with external partners within the FSM as well as Ops and Finance PRC organizations. A successful candidate will have a strong bias for action and be willing to engage on projects that may not traditionally be in the scope. He/she should have strong communication skills and interest is developing a team and the site culture.
Candidates should have strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to operate in a rapidly evolving environment -
*2+ years solid people management and organization development experience
*MA in finance/MBA with 5 years of work experience or BA in finance or business with 7+ years work experience
*Previous Fab/Manufacturing experience with impactful business influence preferred |
