NDO Software Line Manager

Responsibilities
· Building up the team
- In charge of competence development according to ON product portfolio
- In charge of engineer's career path
- In charge of enforcement of NDO ON design process and quality improvements
· Achieve the SW work within project
- Make development plan, resource allocation and project commitment
- Support the effort estimation
- Track the development activities, including attending the project meeting, project assessment, etc.
- Solve the problem during project execution phase
- Cooperate with peer teams
- Quick response to project changes and needs
Qualifications
§ ME in CE/CS or similar field, more than 7 years work experience in telecom product area
§ At least one 2 years people management experience, leading a team with more than 10 people.
§ Strong willing to achieve
§ Strong commitment and risk taking attitude
§ Excellent experience to overcome the difficulties.
§ Excellent cooperation with internal and external partners
§ Strong technique background in datacom product is a plus
§ Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skill is a plus
§ One of the strong background below is a plus:
o Hands on experience on switch/router embedded system software architecture
o Hands on experience on IP routing (any routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
o Hands on experience on ASIC driver, Network Processor microcode and packet forwarding
§ Wide contact network within the Company Group
· Excellent communication skills and social ability
§ Proven skills in managing multiple projects
§ Proven skills in working with large scale project management
· Long and proven leadership skills
· Fluent in English speaking and writing
