As R&D Project or Program Manager, working in an Agile environment, you will be responsible to develop and execute the appropriate level of project planning and control to meet the delivery expectations of the product owner.
You will define the project scope, secure resources, be responsible for project time plan, budget planning/cost, quality and risk, and monitor the activities to successfully execute the project or program.
Qualifications
You have at least 5 years experience as either Project or Program Manager.
You are willing to take on a big responsibility for managing multiple tracks within a program.
The ability to execute projects or programs within an Agile development environment is also required.
You are an excellent communicator and can abstract to the level required by different stakeholders.
You are a self-starter with the drive and personal skills to highlight and solve problems within the project or program and to support the development teams to accomplish the desired result.
You have very Good written and spoken English.

Description
With the introduction of "FastForward" in PDU MSS, the newly created MSC Feature Development Center (FDC) in Shanghai is taking a bigger responsibility in developing new Features (standard and market) end to end from early phases to verification.
FDC Shanghai also plays a very active role in the context of MCP market customization activities, supporting the development of market features like MDE's, RPC's and M-CNI's, particularly but not limited, in RCNA, RINA and RASO regions.
To strengthen the area of market customization, we are looking for an open minded, agile, and result focused Project Manager, who can build and empower teams to achieve the FDC and PDU objectives.
As End to End project manager, you will manage development and delivery of multiple features directly to MU/customer.
Responsible for :
- Delivery planning, progress tracking and will act as Market Unit interface from the development phase (F2 onward), manage MU expectation, provide commitment to MU on timing and quality.
- Feature backlog priorities establishment and follow-up in agreement with FDC portfolio manager.
- Inspect, accept & reject the Sprint/feature deliveries ( with technical support from TM if necessary)
- Act as 1st escalation point regarding delivery timing and quality (fault handling , SWDP,GPD etc)
- Coordinate delivery from feature teams located in other FDCs
- Coordinate dependency delivery from other PDUs (PDU AXE, UDB etc)
- Execution resource procurement (team allocation, multi teams).
- Delivery budget, quality, risk management follow-up together with feature teams
Qualifications

R&D IT HUB Project Manager

Description
The primary focus of this position is to manage R&D IT projects to completion. The projects are internal, often about installation, implementation, consolidation, migration or optimization of services, applications or infrastructure components.
The RPM is communicating mainly with the R&D organization or -partner, the R&D IT organization, suppliers, Group IT, BETE and BUGS.
The projects end products are often services or applications to be operated and managed by R&D IT. The RPM must ensure a smooth hand-over of the product to the receiving organization.

Summary
The R&D IT Hub project manager is responsible to ensure that all the activities in the IT project management framework are performed. This responsibility includes ensuring that the relevant competences in the different project management knowledge areas are available in the project.
