Description
- Report to the Head of DUIB Beijing S & T and participate DO MWN Management team activities
- Drive Target setting & Performance management. Monitor operation performance and report KPIs
- Lead and grow a group of System Engineers to meet the requirements from the organization
- Build-up, continuously plan, maintain and apply all resources/competences required for the assigned tasks including collaboration with other Company units, external partners and universities
- Ensure System Design processes (work flows + instructions) are well organized, documented and fully implemented according to Company standard.
- Drive improvements in processes and tools by best practice sharing, common ways of working, synergies and cost optimization initiatives, necessary to meet future requirements.
- Quality Assurance responsibility for all DO MWN product requirements by securing usability and content from a requirement point of view
- Own the DO MWN Change Control Board (CCB) and Detailed Planning Meeting (DPM)
- Securing excellence in cooperation between DO MWN System Management and peer organization (I&V, SW & HW design) by continuously optimizing the interfaces and Ways of Working
- Represent CBC/XIX in PDU MWN System networks when applicable
Qualifications
- MS or BS degree with at least five years working experience in R&D area
- Proven leadership and change management performance
- Broad technology experience within IP & Broadband products
- Excellent understanding of System Management and quality control processes
- Excellent people management and motivation skills
- Target driven and good at solving conflicts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Work with initiative
- Team worker
- Excellent in both oral and written English
