PURPOSE OF THE JOB 职位目的
Lead a team to deliver and support 3P UPS products for customers worldwide. Motivate and drive team as required to execute project following Company project management process. Responsible for leading/driving on-time project delivery, ensure quality products to market and costwise.
Regular responsibilities 主要职责
- Involvement in business definition to have a clear program/project scope and target
- Initiate a project/program team with cross functions, make sure capable team construction
- Consolidate and set up a project/program schedule with team, lead project execution and keep mornitoring progress then update project status, make sure project/program are predictable
- Evaluate project/program execution cost and plan budget, keep reporting project/program cost and secure in budget
- Champion Company PMP process and ensure project on right track
- Manage project/program changes and consequence solutions
- Regular program/project reporting to management team
REQUIRED FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- 5 years or above working experience in total, 2 years above project management
- Good communications skills
- Good cross function understanding and cordination skills
- Good analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good scheduling skills
- Good PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Project management process knowledge
