Responsibilities and tasks
- Setting up the internal patent monitoring process;
- Assist and advice internal R&D staff on patent drafting and application issues;
- Provide patent and IPR training to the R&D staff;
- Working closely with Group IPR in implementing patent policies in the region
Qualifications and work experience
- 3-7 years experience
- Qualification as a Chinese patent attorney, and qualification or part-qualification in any other jurisdictions would be a further advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Fluent in Chinese, both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skill
- Mechanical engineering degree or other mechanical science background
- Preferably experience working in a Western company and/or studying overseas
