Description
Member of CBC/XIN management team. Reports to head of NDO OMS 1410 & SEA
Keep the interface towards MSPP NDO head in PDU ON in Geneva (Italy) for the OMS 800 hosted operations
Keep the interface towards PIDS head in PDUO ON in Genova (Italy).
Keep the interface towards the outsourcing managers as far as concerning the related operations
Lead engineers (SW/I&V/3rd line support) belong to PIDS unit. Manage both the team and individual engineer's performance.
Responsible for planning, implementation and follow-up of products maintenance, trouble report(TR) and customer service request (CSR).
Decide the maintenance/delivery strategy. Support and monitor the implementation of the strategy/solution. Support and drive for critical issue/TR/CSR fixing.
Set up and manage related internal and external interfaces.
Secure quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
MS or BS degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalents
At least five year working experience in Telecommunication area
Be familiar with Customer Support and Product Maintenance processes
Excellent knowledge of IP & Routing, L2 Switch, SDH
Proven and excellent abilities in managing
Good communication skills and social ability
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Passion to win and also to motivate people
Open and willing to travel world wide on short notice
