Recruitment Specialist

Job Purpose
-Support the business organization to fulfill the recruitment needs -Implement and support Talent Acquisition Center program and activity
Key Responsibilities
-Overall control the headcount forecast and application
-Based on the business manager’s needs, define the recruitment plan -Conduct the recruitment activities including job profile definition, candidate sourcing, screen, selection, interview, offer negotiation and on boarding -Coordinate and implement the talent acquisition center programs – internal referral program, new employee care program and channel enhancement program
-Make the recruitment analysis according to recruitment strategy
-Prepare various recruitment reports regularly -Supervise recruitment intern on recruitment administrative work
-Lead employer branding project such as campus talk and university relationship.
Key Deliverables / KPIs
-Conduct professional and precise selection process to deliver high quality candidate to business manager -Close the vacancy within the expected lead time -Ensure the new hire have a successful on boarding process and induction
MAJOR CHALLENGES
-To conduct efficient and effective recruitment activities, skillful and mature communication and negotiation are required in the whole recruitment process -Always have sharp sense of candidate care & new hires care
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS
-Internal: Business Managers, C&B team, Business Partner
-External: Candidate, Vendors, headnunters
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Requirements to educational background and qualifications - Bachelor degree - Proficient oral and written English
Requirements to working experience - At least 6 years HR experience including 3 years recruitment experience - Must work in multinational company minimum 3 years
Essential personal characteristics - Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill - Proactive and self-motivated - Pay attention to details, sensitive and open minded - Persevering, logical thinking and well organized
