Channel Account Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
1). Maximize revenue, profit margin within the assigned territory or industry
2). Renew contract with main sales channel agents and follow related issues in time.
3). Design channel structure according to the policies and sales target of the company
4). Search and develop new partners in blank market according to company policy, product features and channel strategy.
5). Supervise and support each partner by creating business plans on a quarterly and yearly basis and assisting them to achieve the sales goal
6). Identify and qualify potential new channel partner, prepares and executes Account plan.
QUALIFICATIONS
1). Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in or electrical engineering equivalent fields or business management
2). Minimum 5 years experience in channel sales
3). Must be customer-oriented.

5). Be familiar with knowledge of production process
6). Sense of quality and process
