Description

 

Specific Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for EMA development, specifically SW design

EMA representative towards SW development discipline and Configuration management discipline

Responsible for unit resources, budget, personnel development and performance reviews.

Responsible for ensuring EMA SW development competence meet the business need.

Responsible for initiate and drive necessary process improvement.

Reporting to Head of EMA.

 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

University degree in telecom or R&D related areas

Deep knowledge of SW development and insight for industry trend

Minimum 5-year Company working experiences from SW development

Good knowledge of business processes and operations

Proven abilities to initiate and drive improvements within and cross organization

Proven leadership skills and experiences

Proven skills in coaching SW engineers and team leaders

Good interpersonal and communications skills

Good team player and self motivated

Good command of English in written and spoken form
