BIOS manager

The hired manager will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ BIOS developers responsible for developing BIOS Server Platforms being developed by Company’s Enterprise Products and Services Division (EPSD).

The ideal candidate would have a BIOS and/or embedded FW development background, be well versed in SW Development and Evaluation principles and procedures.

The hired manager will engage on hiring and training the team of 10+ engineers.

He / She will also be responsible for planning, providing resources for and directs activities in engineering functions to meet schedules, establish deadlines, make & meet commitments, conform to standards and manage cost; will cultivate and reinforce appropriate group values, norms and behaviors; will identify and analyze problems, plans, tasks, and solutions; will provide guidance on employee development, performance, and productivity issues; will apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts.

The ideal candidate must prove to be an excellent team player and an experienced leader. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including fluent Mandarin, and the ability to motivate a team.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree + 6 years of experience.
