Quality Director

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a quality team of 80+ staffs (including production quality, sourcing quality, etc.)
- Develop and execute quality strategy.
- Plan and implement ISO9001 etc. Certifications
- Build the quality culture across organization and communicate quality status constantly
- Hands on with suppliers and internal business functions for quality improvement
- Drive the root causes analysis and corrective/preventive actions at suppliers and in internal production
- Lead the quality and Lean Six Sigma training with focus on project coaching and execution
- Conduct audits at external suppliers and internal production.
Requirements:
- Managerial experience in an International company.
- Technical background
- 5+ years quality experience with manufacturing plant working background.
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Strong problem analysis and root cause problem solving skills.
- Lean and Six Sigma experience.
- Ability to work team oriented, and able to delegate tasks.
- Willing and able to travel every week
