The NDO is part of PDU IMS in DU Core & IMS. Our responsibilities stretch over a number of IMS products such as IPWorks, MGC, MRFC, PTT-AS, WebGui. To meet our challenges we are now re-shaping our ways of working with an agile approach. Would you like to be part of forming an organization?
As development manager you are responsible for
· 2-3 cross functional team’s approx 20-25 employees.
· Recruitment, competence development and resource management
· Handling of 3rd party suppliers
· Continuously drive improvement in lean ways of working and actively contribute to form an innovative culture
As manager, you contribute to Company’s progress by performing excellent managerial work, acting with integrity and being firm and consistent. The manager role requires you to demonstrate Company’s shared values professionalism, respect and perseverance and implement the Company corporate polices. You are a visible and accessible leader and communicate effectively with customers and employees and have an international attitude and respect for cultural differences.
Qualifications
- Technical university degree or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a R&D manager, preferably a combination of the traditional disciplines (SM, design, I&V)
- Strong leadership skills aligned with Company core values
- Excellent English languages skills both in conversation and writing
- Experience and interest in change management
- Large degree of flexibility and willingness to work with different tasks
- Business and customer focused
- Highly result oriented
- Proven ability to drive excellent teamwork/cooperation
