Responsibilities-
Ensure compliance to U.S. export license conditions as they pertain to Company Fab 68
Administer re-export process (US, IE, and JP) in Dalian; approve re-export requests, perform
periodic audits to ensure process is being followed correctly
Contact person for questions from F68 employees regarding equipment transfers, classification
requests
Provide classification support for F68 equipment and spares
Assist with F68 purchasing team issues or projects (i.e. WIINGS)

Provide export compliance support to CPLG and Global Fab Materials team on inventory control 

 issues
Assist CPLG teams with Company and supplier MOFCOM filings

Ensure compliance for export control business processes for global FAB 68 inpat training
assignment program
Assist GEC team with EAM entitlement requests and ANACAPA restricted document requests
Administer F68 CW export compliance training and license registration process
Administer and audit F68 employee license registration process
Provide export compliance support for export license conditions compliance (Company and supplier)
Liaison with senior managers internally
Drives process improvements both within the group and with other groups affecting export
operations
Participates in system/business enhancements/changes which impact exports to Fab 68

BA/BS and 2+ years of relevant export licensing experience or   
MBA and 1+ years of relevant export licensing experience
