RBS/Node B Baseband Software design engineer

Description
- Work on Base Band system design, SW design, implementation, documentation and test.
- Participate in baseband systemization, SW design as well as integration work together with engineer from HW design and from verification department.
- Do troubleshooting and solve technical issues.
- Participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed.
- Continuously improve SW development methods and implementation of new tools/environments.
Qualifications
Competence for RBS/Node B Baseband System design and Software design
General Qualification:
- Proficient in physical layer principles of TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/LTE wireless communication system and experienced in the latest physical layer implementation of TD-SCDMA node B.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in wireless telecommunication, digital signal processing, computer science, computer software engineering, electronic engineering and related.
- Have good understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) knowledge and methodology.
- At least 1 years’ DSP SW development experience in telecom industry is needed
Technical competence:
- Proficient in DSP baseband algorithm implementation. Especially TD-SCDMA/WCDMA physical layer.
- Excellent programming skills in C and Assembly of DSP.
- Deep DSP HW knowledge with TI, Freescale, ADI, etc such brands.
- Good knowledge in functional and object oriented SW design using C and C++/UML.
- Embedded SW in development knowledge in mobile base station using Realtime OS and the knowledge in digital HW is an advantage.
