*Preparation and implementation of formal subcontracts strategy/plan in conjunction with procurement, construction and project management.
*Formulate in advance tender evaluation meteors, resources and timing. Supervise subcontract administrators on the preparation of invitations to tender, tender evaluations, negotiation and award of subcontracts.
*Review company liabilities and legal obligations regarding contracts/client contract and establish policy regarding contracts/client contract.
*Interface with related insurance personnel regarding insurance provision in contract/client contracts and insurance claims procedures.
*Oversee prequalification and recommendation of approved list of tenderizers. Review and approve drafts of invitations to tender ensuring a clear structure, self explanatory, consistent terminology with not ambiguities.
*Supervise sealed tender openings and evaluation of tenderizers by Subcontract Administrators.
*Oversee negotiations of contracts ensuring adequate preparation and that negotiations are orderly and professionally performed.
*Prepare monthly subcontract status reports, via the material control system.
*Review and approval of all contracts to ensure that they are legal and commercially sound, clear and comprehensive.
*Post award administration of contracts including, processing progress payments, resolution of claims and close out.
QUALIFICATIONS
a)Bachelor's degree.
b) 8+ years industry experience

8.    Incorporate information and requirements provided by legal, tax and insurance experts into contract documents.
9.    Day to day administration of contracts incoming and outgoing correspondence.

10.  Review contract payment.
11.    Negotiation any change orders/variations.

12.  Close out Contract.
13.    Assessing and recording the performance and competency of each contractor and service provider together with any Lessons Learned.
14.    Regular filing of working documents for the systematic and traceable filing.
