HSE Leadership:
  -  Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure HSE requirements are included
     in design.

 

Team Development:
 -  Provides mentoring, coaching and training support to the section.
 -  Prepare lesson learn for engineering design summarizing.
 -  Serve as member of technical committee of section

 

Technical Integrity & Stewardship:
 -  Familiar with design criteria, code, specification, etc.
 -  Scheme the structure engineering design methodology  
 -  Review design deliverable
 -  Code and software study to facilitate their application in design

 

 

Educational requirements:  Degree in structural engineering or higher

 

Work experience:  at least 10 years working experience in industrial engineering design, at least 3 year checking experience in industrial engineering design

 

 

-  Strong experience and technical background for structural, familiar with design procedure and cooperation with other disciplines.

-  Rich experience for structural design.

-  Familiar with structural code and specification and its implementation, oversea code knowledge is preferred.

-  Familiar with important structural software application, i.e. STAAD. Familiar with the factor utilization of these software

-  Good responsibility, good team work spirit.

-  Enough communication skill with fluent spoken and written English.

 

Leadership and Management skills:  Demonstrable The ability to transfer knowledge and where required mentor others is required.
