Lead Subsea Pipeline Engineer

Primary objective

 

Management of design team involved with offshore pipeline and Subsea project conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design work and construction management.

Specific Accountabilities.

Experienced in pipeline design, material procurement and construction management,

Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to Company Limited.

Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for Company Limited. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Essential Skills/Experience

Up to date knowledge and experience with the offshore oil and gas industry with at least 10 years of relevant experience

This role involves overseeing of all offshore pipelines work and requires a hands-on focus on Subsea pipelines.

A minimum of 10 years experience in design and construction of offshore pipelines and Subsea facilities.

Proven track record of working within project teams

   Proven ability to work with a minimal supervision

  Ability and willingness to meet agreed deadlines

  Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness and ability to work as part of team.

  Well developed report writing skills

More than 15 years' experience in conceptual studies, FEED, detailed design and construction management, 10 of which has been in the oil and gas industry within the offshore Subsea pipeline industry .
