A minimum of 3-5 years design or product engineering experience gained in AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC power conversion   manufacturing environment or similar electronics manufacturing environment.

Minimum of 3 years experience in inverter or switchmode power supplies on a design or product engineering project preferred.

Responsible for continuously driving product quality improvement projects initiated from the field end to end by following the Issue to Prevention process to support with technical expertise on escalated Field cases as well as following through on RMA data trends and closing the loop on improvement activities.

Serving as a escalation point for field problems on start ups or unscheduled maintenance on technical issues including phone support to field engineers and support on site in primarely China.

Close the loop by providing Root Cause Analysis reports to the customer present the status of the PDCA projects and plan for implementation of the service bulletins and preventive measures.

Support creation of future incremental offers on standard SKU's as demanded for by particular customer requirements.
