Description
The Dalian Employee Communications Site Lead is a communications specialist who can design and execute communication strategies, build and manage communication channels and execute employee engagement programs. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing site stakeholders and chairing a communications council for the site
- Building the site channels infrastructure and implementing communications processes and guidelines
- Providing communication consulting solutions to various business groups and departments
- Customizing and implementing various global and/or regional and/or country programs
- Publishing newsletter articles reporting on Company business and other activities
Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor's and/or a Master's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications. Additional qualifications include:
- Outstanding writing and verbal English skills, Chinese translation skills
- Ability to see the big picture, build client relationships, manage projects, influence partners, contribute to innovative strategic thinking and implement new ideas
- Ability to execute problem solving strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to balance multiple points-of-view and directions from various stakeholders effectively
- Strong project management skills and ability to be self driven, especially when dealing with difficult or ambiguous situations
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels of management and
organizations
