Manager, Integration and Verification unit 1

 

 

Manage the integration and verification unit 1 to achieve the objectives of the department.

 

 

Member of CBC/XBV management team. Reports to XB I&V manager.

Lead engineers belong to I&V 1 unit. Manage both the team and individual engineer’s performance.

Responsible for planning, implementation and follow-up of functional/performance integration and verification

Decide the test strategy and solution. Support and monitor the implementation of the strategy/solution. Support for critical issue/TR fixing.

Drive test automation within assigned test scope

Set up and manage related internal and external I&V interfaces.

Secure test quality and efficient lab usage

Contribute to product innovation

Build-up, continuously plan, maintain and apply all resources/competences required for the assigned tasks including collaboration with other Company units, external partners and universities.

Contribute to operational excellence goals by contributing/driving continuous improvement of the development process within XB.

 

 

MS or BS degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalents

At least five year working experience in Telecommunication area

Excellent knowledge of IP & Routing, L2 Switch, GPON, SDH and Micro-Wave

Proven and excellent abilities in managing

Good communication skills and social ability

Fluent in English speaking and writing
