Description

Overall responsible for team with around 25 employees

Resource planning, cost control and task allocation

Continuously improve design process, tools and environment to ensure OAM related product development with high quality delivery on time with top class efficiency.

To recruit, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of team.

Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within team.

Build up strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners.

Qualifications

Master of Science or equivalent

More than 5 years' working experience in R&D area

Solid experience within the design area, accountable for develop delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation

Thorough understanding of and experience from design, knowledge of applicable processes, methods and tools

Thorough understanding of and experience from project management within SW

Strong leadership competence and excellent people management skills

Can generate energy and has a passion to win

High capacity - manage to balance daily operation with continuous development of employees and organization

Good experience from change management and excellent teamwork

Excellent skills in written and spoken English

International experience is a good but not required
