IP Services Engineer

Description

Provide Implementation, training in IP projects and relative product support.

Provide product and technical training to customer.

Cooperate with external and internal to execute trouble-shooting.

Provide technical report to customer, manager.

Handle on-call support.

Trace Cases and RMA process.

Improve customer satisfaction index.

 

  

Qualifications

 Experience in IP product, etc: Cisco, Juniper and other vendors.

Experience in 1st line support and 2nd line support.

Mature application in route and switch protocol.

Know about advanced IP technical.

Know about IP products in China market.

Good communications skills, can work smoothly in team and out of team.

Be good at logicality

Minimum of 3 years experience in a support engineer and good at hands on skill.

Minimum of 3 years experience in foreign compay

Experience in telecom operator customer.

Minimum of Bachelor or above in Physics, Electrical Engineer, Computer Science & Technical, informatics and relative majors.

Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure.

Certification in the field is preferred.
