RF Engineer

· Base on design of new product, be responsible for RF frond end design and product reliability, coach technician to better understanding product tuning, testing and design. Provide strong support to trouble shooting occurred on the production line. Transfer design to mass production with professional knowledge.

 

· Be responsible for the design of passive parts(filter, diplexer, coupler, etc) and active circuits such LNA and other RF with high reliability and producibility, given the target cost and time schedule.

· Separate the specification from internal/external customer to details and assign them to team members.

· Review the design of whole project and make sure the feasibility of design as a supervisor.

· Transfer the design into pilot and mass production.

· Control the design documents and production documents as required.

 

· Bachelor or above, electrical or microwave background is a must. Mechanical/material background is a plus.

· 5+ years working experience in RF product/system design.

· Good knowledge of RF products testing.

· Good knowledge of GSM/CDMA communication system especially the RF modules of base station

· Experience on designing LNA or other RF circuits is minimum.

(or Experience on designing high power RF filters and diplexers is minium)

· Experience on successfully transferring design to production is a plus.

· Good command of oral/written English.

· Familiar with MWO.CST or ADS/HFSS, others may be preferred.
