Description
A Senior position as Technical Sales force for Systems Integration, domain Telecom Management (Network Management, Service Assurance, Revenue Assurance ). Task is to help build Systems Integration - Telecom Management business in China. Drive and support the sales of competitive customer solutions through a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs, involving several product areas, services and 3rd party products etc. for MU Greater China. Accountable for the OB & NS of Telecom Management Solutions and wanted margin Drive customer interactions to generate sales opportunities and support Key Account Managers to qualify & prioritize the business opportunities for mainland China, HK & Macau Drive business development activities to create and qualify the business opportunities across NAMs, KAMs and Regions to make sure TM strategy are fulfilled. Exploring potential prospects and following up with customer presentations, tenders, negotiations & sales argumentation Management of part of Company's Portfolio, including strategy, requirement handling, 'supply-ability', 'service-ability', product information, readiness for deployment and fulfillment of customer expectations. Introducing new solutions (including Company & partners' portfolio) to market by developing sales and marketing tools, including product introduction strategies, presentations, quantitative value argumentation etc. Collecting & analyzing market requirements and competitors information Creating & maintaining solution packaging and solution Pricing Guidelines for China Market. Scope a customer solution, create an offer based on customer needs, and perform solution analysis activities
Qualifications
· Qualifications for Network Management & Service Assurance Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferably in Telecommunication or IT field At least 8 years working experience in the Telecom Management domain especially experience in solution sales and systems integration Ability to lead cross organisation virtual team, ability and willingness to motivate and support others Is a driver, takes initiatives and acts with perseverance Good team player, result oriented, business minded & positive thinking Ability to see in a macro perspective, with excelletn analytical skills, High influence ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills Strong sales & negotiation skills Project Management / Software Development Management experience is a plus Ability to travel frequently Excellent communication skills in English
