Senior mechanical engineer

 

Requirement:

1.        Design and implementation of mechanical parts for audio products

2.        Component sourcing and evaluation.

3.        Research and recommend new technology/component/materials o apply to new product.

4.        Working closely with design firm(s) on new industrial design concept and methods of implementation that will lead to cost effective, reliable and aesthetically pleasing products.

5.        Coordination activities between factory and customer on technical issues.

6.        Technical support for production.

7.        Supervise engineer on various projects

8.        Work independently with minimal supervision.

 

Qualification:

1.        Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering.

2.        3+ years of experience in telecom product design.

3.        2+ years of experience in product support.

4.        Proven proficiency with Pro Engineer 3D CAD system design, AutoCAD design, , Must be able to produce and verify complete mechanical part documentation.

5.        Familiarity with technologies for manufacturing precise mechanical components made from various plastics, metals, rubbers and others in small to high volume.

6.       Experience in injection molding plastic tooling design and packaging is a plus.

7.       Excellent reading and writing skill in English is required, good command for oral English is a plus;
