Company China Broadband Networks R&D Center is located in Beijing. The scope of the R&D Center is to perform research and to develop products within the broadband Network area. Applicable area covers access, optical network and carrier ethernet.
Object of the job
To be responsible to ensure the optimal supply chain and most efficient product manufacture cost.
Work scope is product oriented crossing commodity which covers electro-mechanics, electrical component, EMS VA, SW license, consultancy service.
Responsibilities and main tasks
· Responsible for supplier selection.
· Responsible for sourcing / supply chain strategy set-up.
· Responsible for NPI/TPI projects within R&D product scope globally.
· Responsible for commercial agreements availability.
· Drive and coordinate the annual negotiation.
· Drive supply chain optimization.
· Drive for continuous cost reduction.
· Responsible for supplier audits.
· Ensure Company competitiveness by creating most efficient cost solution.
· Analysis cost structure to ensure lowest component cost.
· Monitor technology & commercial evolution in the industry
Requirement
· Bachelor degree or above of first level University (Engineering background is preferred)
· Business and management awareness
· Strong leadership and communication skill
· Comprehensive knowledge of technologies
· Well organized and have structure thinking
· Initiative and positive personal personality
· Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
· Development potential
· Sourcing or supply experience is highly preferred
· Telecommunication background is highly preferred

1 Background
China Broadband Networks R&D Center is located in Beijing. The scope of the R&D Center is to perform research and to develop products within the broadband Network area. Applicable areas are access, optical network and carrier ethernet.
2 Object of the job
To be responsible for the industrialization of the products developed in the China Broadband Networks R & D Center.
3 Responsibilities
· To carry out effectively and efficiently all the tasks which corresponds to the position.
· To Comply with and follow the directives, instructions and procedures in force in the company and the R&D Center
· Responsible for project management to the New Product Introduction Project team located in the R & D Center and suppliers.
4 Main tasks
· Play the key role in the organization and Product Development
· Provide high level of leadership in industrialization and development process in order to achieve cost effectiveness and ensure supply of high quality products on time to market
· Do project management for NPI project, including forecast and control NPI project budget, make NPI project schedule and ensure project on track, lead project to reach targets specified by main project.
· Supervise the production test development to carry out the tasks.
· Drive the supply chain setup and maintenance for products developed by R & D center.
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above of first level University (Engineering background is preferred)
