-    Participate in/drive the Product Committee/maintenance team with representatives from R&D, Production, Purchasing and Quality towards continuous improvements and cost rationalizations

-    Monitor and analyze information on competing DC/DC or AC/DC products and new market requirements and initiate relevant actions in order to protect and increase assigned product series sales

-    Prepare/process business cases and requirement specifications for new DC/DC or AC/DC products

-    Communicate efficiently product changes and updates in the product series to the Sales organization

-    Secure availability of excellent and complete DC/DC or AC/DC product information and marketing material (data sheet, application notes, presentations, sales arguments etc.)

-    Provide recommended market prices for the Power Modules price list

-    Participate in various decision fora, work groups and teams

 

 

- At least Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical experience. 

- At least two years experience in product or project management, as well as power electronic industry.

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

- Strong capability of driving and analytical skill.

- Excellent English skills both in verbal and written are required.
