Software Engineer (UI)

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing embedded Java user interface for Company video conferencing products. You will work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea software teams to contribute to Company’s video conferencing products development. You will use your knowledge in Java/Java script and embedded system development to enhance the top-of-the-line user experience of Company video products.
Requirements:
Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Ready to make commitments and have “can do” attitude
Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
Driven, creative and result oriented.
Technical Skills:
4+ years embedded software development using Java
1+ years experience in web programming and Java script
In-depth knowledge on Object Oriented design methodology
Hands on experience in multi-thread programming
1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
Prior experience in video conference related product development is a plus
System Software Engineer
Beijing
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing system level software that interfaces with Company hardware and provides a software platform for developing video conferencing applications. You will work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea hardware team and software team to contribute to Company’s video conferencing products development. Your tasks include, but not limited to building Linux kernel drivers, DSP drivers, IPC mechanism, and resource management.
Requirements:
1. Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Ready to make commitments and have "can do" attitude
3. Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
6. Driven, creative and result oriented.
Technical Skills:
1. 4+ years embedded software development with C/C++
2. In-depth knowledge on Linux kernel, real time operating system, DSP, and inter-processor communications.
3. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
4. Prior experience in video conferencing product development is a plus
Software Engineer(SIP/H.323)
Beijing
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for network protocol programming for Company’s video conferencing products. You will work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea software teams to contribute to Company’s video conferencing products development.
Requirements:
1. Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Ready to make commitments and have "can do" attitude
3. Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
6. Driven, creative and result oriented.
Technical Skills:
1. 3+ years embedded software development with C/C++, in network related fields
2. In-depth knowledge on network communication protocols, including but not limited to h.323, SIP, TCP/IP, etc.
3. Knowledge on h.320 is a big plus
4. 1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment
Audio Software Engineer

You will be responsible for audio subsystem integration and audio codec development for Company’s video conferencing products. You will work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea software team to contribute to Company’s video conferencing products development.

3. In-depth knowledge on DSP and optimizations.
