Responsibilities:

1.    Own multiple QA projects, mange scope and resources, execute tests and develop automation scripts

2.    Have deep understanding of product features and provide valuable input on product design

3.    Hire QA engineers, coach team members, and provide technical guidance

4.    Establish and maintain high standard test process and best practices

5.    Coordinate with other teams and keep tracking project progress

6.    Effectively leverage the testing resources for different projects

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent

2. 3+ years in testing management experience

3. 5+ years testing experience, including the experience in building testing frameworks and in test automation

4. Demonstrated leadership skills, accountability and integrity

5. Strong project management skill

6. Proven track record in growing highly technical testing teams

7. Good communication skills

8. Analytical/problem solving capabilities

9. Driven, creative, and result oriented.

10. Excellent English skills, both in written and oral

 

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of various testing methodologies and processes

2. Familiar with bug tracking systems, test case management, and load testing tools

3. Highly proficient in Unix/Linux and networking

4. Industry experience coding in C/C++, Java, and/or C#
