Software Design Manager

Summary: Responsible for the strategic development, operations, human resources and financial management of the software design unit.

Main responsibilities:

-         Accountable for software design delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.

-         Establish and continuously improve software design process, tools and environment to ensure delivery with quality and efficiency.

-         Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit

-         Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit

-         Foster strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners

-         Create highly motivating and productive working culture by leading as an example

Qualifications:

-         University degree or above in computer engineering, electrical engineering or related areas

-         Exceptional knowledge and skills in software design methodology and processes

-         Strong track record in software design management

-         Strong willingness to walk extra mile for excellence

-         Preferable with international or multination corporation working experience

-         Highly developed people and communication (both Chinese and English, written and spoken) skills

-         Good knowledge of mobile technology and Internet technology

 

 

 

 System Integration & Verification Manager

Main responsibilities:

-         Accountable for system integration and verification (I&V) delivery commitment through resource planning, cost control and task allocation.

-         Continuously improve system I&V process, tools and environment to ensure quality delivery with best-in-class efficiency.

-         Recruits, develop and manage competence, performance and compensation of the unit

-         Ensure proper coaching and knowledge transfer within the unit

-         Foster strong relationships to all relevant internal and external customers and partners

-         Create a highly motivating and productive working culture by leading as an example
