- Based on the following knowledge and competencies make an optimized design:
o Understand and work from a requirement specification with electrical requirements.
o Electrical design and dimension of Power Modules and on-board power design.
o Function of all used electronic components
o EMC/EMI
o Safety requirement
o Base the design upon design guidelines and well-known techniques on the market.
o Cost of design
o Knowledge about measurement techniques
o Knowledge about production and statistics
- Participate in projects as resource for electrical design
- Specify, verify and document new designs in accordance with design process
- Assist in customer visits as a technical spokesperson for electrical designs.
- Supports engineers working in project
- Perform technical study and platform designs with good results
- Develops new competence of the team according to requirement.
· Qualification
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronics is required.
- At least five years relevant working experience
- Experience of Electrical design of DC/DC Power Modules and on-board power design is preferred.
- Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Understand all technical issue within related area.
Product Manager
Shanghai
Responsibilities :
- Participate in/drive the Product Committee/maintenance team with representatives from R&D, Production, Purchasing and Quality towards continuous improvements and cost rationalizations
- Monitor and analyze information on competing products and new market requirements and initiate relevant actions in order to protect and increase assigned product series sales
- Prepare/process business cases and requirement specifications for new products
- Communicate efficiently product changes and updates in the product series to the Sales organization
- Secure availability of excellent and complete product information and marketing material (data sheet, application notes, presentations, sales arguments etc.)
- Provide recommended market prices for the Power Modules price list
- Participate in various decision fora, work groups and teams
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical experience.
- At least two years experience in product management.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong capability of driving and analytical skill.
- Excellent English skills both in verbal and written are required.
