 Qualifications 

 You should possess a technical Bachelor's degree (or an advanced degree) with fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing). You should have at least four to five years' experience in facility project engineering or sustaining. Experience working as an HVAC system engineer/supervisor or in a Fortune 500 international company would be an added advantage.

 Job Description:

This position reports to the Shanghai Corporate Services (CS) Operation Manager. CS core business focuses are building & facility management. CS will be responsible for a stable, clean and safe facility environment through Company owned and outsourced program.

This position will partnership with other Mechanical System Owner in responsible for overall performance of facility mechanical system (air-conditioning, clean room, exhaust, OFA, PV, PCW, CHW, etc.) reliability and productivity. The person will be the technical expert to fulfill system improvement projects, setting and managing preventative maintenance program, lead troubleshooting investigation, energy conservation and benchmarking effort to reduce overall operating cost. Also he/she will be engaged in safety management and improvement process, actively participate and leverage site-engineering effort in cross-sites VF teams activities.  Also responsible for supervising onsite outsourcing team for needed performance management to ensure best result achieved
