Account Services Manager, AdWords Online Operations

As an AdWords Account Associate, your main responsibility is to manage relationships with existing advertisers in a specified business vertical(s). You will help drive business revenue growth across a variety of verticals and regions. Account Associate also needs to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns of existing clients in a specified vertical.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Company's advertisers.
- Manage client advertising accounts by responding to inquiries by phone, email, and live chat.
- Proactively and creatively identify and solve client problems.
- Build strong relationships with customers and educate them on new product features.
- Learn and work with Company's ongoing development of advertiser products to maximize client campaign results.
- Optimize keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertisers' ROI.
- Leverage all available resources including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support
- Identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
- Serve as a senior resource for the AdWords Operation team.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years account management, client service experience or sales experience required.
- Detail oriented; ability to quickly complete a large volume of high-quality work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven record of successful process management and relationship development with large clients.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Experience presenting to varied audiences.
- Experience in specific vertical or strong Internet advertising experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Fluency in Cantonese or Taiwanese a plus.
- Work experience in Hong Kong or Taiwan a plus.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong or Taiwan markets a plus.
