Company Business Solutions Representative, AdSense Online Operations

Company is looking for upbeat, focused and well-organized individuals to join our new and fast-growing Global Business Solutions Inside Sales team in Beijing. The objective of this role is to sell Company products to businesses of all sizes in China. The Global Business Solutions Representative will be part of a telesales team that sells AdWords, the leading text-based advertising platform, and AdSense, the leading contextual advertising. A similar Global Business Solutions/Inside Sales team has been operating successfully in North America for over 18 months.
You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, committed to gaining new clients, and working in a team sales environment. You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales consistently over a sustained period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospecting and qualifying potential new advertising accounts.
- Handling incoming leads for a designated territory or category.
- Conducting smart industry research utilizing various resources (internet, publications, networking, referrals, etc).
- Constantly thinking of creative ways to find potential clients.
- Meeting quarterly revenue targets.
- Pitching new business.
- Contributing to the development of the Global Business Solutions/Inside Sales Team by participating in at least one project team.
- Training new members of the Inside Sales Team on fundamental telemarketing skills.
- Becoming an expert on the Internet advertising market.
Requirements:
- Passionate about sales.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in selling local advertising online or offline (credit card, internet, telecom), including at least one year of successful phone-based selling, or at least 2+ years Inside Sales experience in other verticals working towards a measurable sales target.
- Detail oriented; ability to complete a large volume of work quickly.
- Some customer service/client service experience.
- Passionate about the Internet.
- BA/BS degree and proven track record.
- Strong computer applications skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese.
- Must posses written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Large account/solution based selling experience considered a big plus
