Senior Integration and Verification Engineer

Responsibilities
l Be accountable for definition, execution and evolution of product test strategy.
l Drive test automation framework design, development and evolution to improve test efficiency.
l Drive test tool and script development and evolution; support test activities of development team.
l Demand on product testability and provide consultant advices.
l Define, maintain and evolve overall defect handling processes and enforce them in development activities.
l Plan and coordinate test activities and test resources across teams.
l Monitor overall test progress as well as quality status and compose test report.
l Lead test retrospective for continuous improvement.
l Drive test automation framework design, development and evolution to improve test efficiency.
l Demand on product testability and provide consultant advices.
l Enforce quality-centric developments and test practices and demand on built-in quality.
l Ensure a good mix of technique-facing and business-facing test coverage.
l Ensure a good distribution of test coverage on unit-, component- and system-level.
Competence
l 3~5 years’ experience in development or test, expertise in various test aspects, including test design techniques, test tools & automation; familiar with Agile testing;
l Solid understanding and hands-on knowledge of network protocols including IP, TCP, HTTP, etc.
l Good knowledge in UNIX/Linux, and competent in script programming, such as SHELL, Perl or Python, etc.
l Experienced in JMeter, Wireshark, Jenkins;
l Experienced in Virtualization and Contanierize
l Be familiar with F5/Switch/Openstack is bonus;
l Coding experiences in Java, Java EE will be advantage;
l Excellent communication skills.
l Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
l Good leadership.
l Fluent in both written and spoken English.
