The Solution Architect is responsible for 3/4G Mobile Network Audits, Design, and Network Performance Optimizations in an end-to-end way, and responsible for profitable business for Company by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

 

Provide Technical expertise and support to during pre-sales phase, including tailor solutions to address the business needs beyond what exists in the current portfolio

Lead a team to verify the tailor-made solution via prove-of-concept service delivery

Support pre-sales to convert the pilot service to reoccurrence business

Lead a team of multi-domain system experts to deliver services successfully

Provide technical details and support discussion with Senior Management providing the link between the Operator’s requirements, acceptance criteria and Company’s Service portfolio for End to End Optimization wherever possible.

Support if needed lead guideline documentation for Network Audit and Optimization service portfolio. 

Support and Provide Product management with relevant inputs from field experiences to innovate and improve Company optimization and Analytical Tools 

Develop and update the technical process and procedures to Data collection, Measurement, Testing E2E-correlation / improve service performance

 

This role will be instrumental for the success of the Optimization Services Portfolio within Company, the candidate should have advanced skill in areas listed below: 

End to End knowledge of Services, covering devices, Applications, RAN, Transport, Packet Core domains , IMS, IP, database and big data.  And has experience in leading a group of engineers to deliver an optimization service project.

Deep knowledge in Telecommunication standardization: Vast experience in problem solving by Facilitation and Collaboration of expertise in Multivendor environment.

Broad Business Acumen. Can be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.

Good communication and Consultative skill.

Good customer management skill.

 

Bachelor degree or above of Tele-Communication or related majors

Minimum 6 years’ experience in ICT Industry with proven track record in E2E performance and Optimization Projects. 

Proven track record of leading a teams to successful project outcomes.
