* Provide technical leadership in the design and development in developing Android based Software Development Kit (SDK).

* Define the architecture of integration and alignment with other Company projects

* Collaborate with Product Managers to determine or create technical approaches to satisfy requirements

* Plan and manage the development schedule and process

 

* 8+ years' experience of requirement analysis, design, development and implementation of real-time communication apps by using Java technologies.

* 4+ years leadership experience in architectural design, technical leadership and development planning on Android platform

* Extensive hands-on experience in coding/debugging/troubleshooting is a must.

* Broad knowledge on modeling, design patterns, refactoring, unit test.

* Experience with Agile development practices

* Possessing highly effective communication skills in spoken and written English

* Oversea working experience is a plus

* VoIP working experience is a plus
