An senior software engineeris supposed to take the following responsibilities under the guidance of team lead.

1.      Take part in full lifecycle application development following company’s software development practices and processes.

2.      Communicate with other software engineers, QAs and strategists on business requirements, understand requirements.

3.      Provide assistances and supports to software testing and quality assurance.

4.      Comply with coding standards.

5.      Maintain and document software functionalities in knowledge management system.

6.      Provide daily supports for systems, cooperate closely with other teams like PMs, strategists, QAs and B&Rs on patches and hot-fixes.

7.      Contribute ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement proactively.

1.      遵守公司的软件开发实践和过程，参与Companys.com完整软件生命周期的研发。

2.      与QA、Strategist沟通并理解需求。

3.      为软件测试和质量保证提供协助和支持。

4.      编写符合代码规范的代码。

5.      在知识管理系统中，撰写和维护软件功能设计相关的文档。

6.      对开发的系统提供日常支持，并紧密地与项目经理、QA、Strategists及构建&部署小组一起工作发布补丁和修补代码。

7.      积极地对新的功能特性提供新的构想，及发现需要改进的方面。

 

1.      Minimum BA/BS Computer Science or relatedfrom a top institution.  Master in Computer Science a plus.

2.      At least 3 years of C#.NET development work experience.Proficient in MVC, Entity Framework, Linq, Design Patterns.Have  a good understanding of SOA is a plus.

3.      At least 2 year of  Web development work experience. Familiar with HTML, CSS3, Javascript, and HTTP protocol.

4.      Good verbal/written communication skills in Chinese and  English.

5.      Willing to learn new technologies, meanwhile with good self-learning abilities.

6.      Respect company’s work values, execution, integrity, team work, equity, respect work, passion, innovation and self-criticize.

1.      拥有知名大学计算机科学专业或相关专业的学位。拥有计算机科学硕士学位优先。

2.      至少3年C#.NET方面的开发经验。熟悉.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Linq, 设计模式等。对面向服务架构有较好的理解优先。

3.      至少2年的Web前端开发经验，熟悉HTML、CSS3、JavaScript和HTTP协议。

4.      良好的汉语和英语的书面及口头沟通能力。

5.      乐意学习新技术，具有良好的自我学习能力。
