Job Summary
The Customer Unit Industry and Society is a sales unit in Company’s Region North East Asia. It assumes the responsibility for creating and maintaining a successful and satisfied customer base with selected industry verticals to enable the Networked Society, and has the responsibility for optimizing orders, sales and unadjusted margins towards its customers. One of the key accounts that Customer Unit Industry and Society focus on is the Energy and Utility industry which includes companies like State Grid Corporation of China and China Southern Power Grid Company Ltd. .
 
The Sales Director of Energy and Utility Account will lead a frontline sales force to establish and grow Company's market share in the Chinese energy and utility industry by developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing competitive offerings and efficient deliveries. He/She needs to secure short and long-term profitable business for Company through proactive business development and management of Company resources based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives. Act with strong authority and accountability to develop the business relation and actively contribute to making customers successful.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Main skill-set focus should be sales management / Customer Relation building / Identify and develop up-sell opportunities in the energy and utility industry in China.
• +10 years working experience for or together with the energy and utility industry (Sales track record), well connected in the industry; familiar with the eco-system and value chain in the energy and utility industry.
• Out-of-box thinking to extend business scope and customer base. Lead and integrate a diversified team towards one goal, while tackling difficult organizational issue from external teams.
• Should be better with strong understanding of ICT solutions such as Cloud, OSS/BSS, Data Center and IoT etc..
• preferably to be located in Beijing or Guangzhou.
• English (must be fluent), Mandarin / (native).
• Familiar with Chinese business practice and result oriented.
