Be responsible to study new technologies, collect and analyze customer requirements, and work with product managers and program stakeholders to define solution scope, priority and push it to implementation through collaboration with related organization and PIDS internal

 

Based on in-depth technical understanding, do the self-study on new technology in industry and Company portfolio on radio and IP technology and solutions

Work closely with Product manager and S&T team in PIDS and related organizations, make sure solution fit into the existing portfolio and solution strategy

Actively engage with development and customer activities to identify solution requirement and opportunities, work out the technical proposals

Introduce new products into solution development, evolve solution towards new technology trend and customer requirement

Be responsible to spread knowledge in team with comprehensive experience and understanding from different product areas.

Select and propose 3rd party products/tools for the Solution scenarios.

Support solution pre-sales, development and post-sales activities in focus areas

Be responsible for continuously keeping competence and skills up to date.

 

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or equivalent theoretical background acquired through experience and/or in any other way.

Solid knowledge of RAN and core technology and products, familiar with FDD/TDD-LTE/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/GSM protocol stack and network architecture

Proficient skills on system design from requirement collection, analysis and break down and follow up

Profound knowledge on 5G evolvement and deep understanding of the network evolution on radio and transport network to be introduced from 5G

At least 5 years of relevant product and solution system and design experience

Rich customer support experience is a strong plus

Experience of Cloud and virtualization is a strong plus

Experience of IP network is a strong plus

Experience of software coding is a plus

Strong team-work and willing to take challenge.

Self-motivated to drive and push from concept to implementation

Open minded and innovative to new ideas

Good command of English (verbal and written) and customer communication skills
