As a Master Developer System Design within System & Technology team, you are expected to be a technical expert in Radio Access Network areas to drive broad technology/industry studies, define system architecture of Multi-standard & 5G products, help Company to reinforce and evolve technology leadership, and secure technology to market with right cost.

 

As day-to-day work, you will analyze market/product requirements, define system architecture, allocate functionalities and performance, drive product solutions by cooperating with a cross functional team from system, design, integration, verification, product management and etc.

 

- 5+ years’ experience in wireless communication as recognized expert, with good business understanding. M.Sc. or above.

- In-depth knowledge of wireless standards and technologies, like LTE and 5G.

- Good communication both Chinese and English. Strong ability to lead a virtual team.

- Creative, proactive, with passion to win.

- RAN architecture design experience is a strong plus.

- Radio performance systemization and allocation experience is a strong plus.
