As a member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for

● Java based system design, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance.

● Communicating and collaborating with engineers in China, and United States.

● Provide world class software design and development services in VoIP

 

● Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology;

● 5+ years of fulltime working experience in server side Java programming;

● Must be experienced in multithreading

programming, networking and OO design/development;

● Must have 3+ years experience in one of the following VoIP related technologies:

SIP/SDP, Media Server control technologies;

● Good knowledge of TCP/UDP, RTP/RTCP;

● Must have strong analytical skills at debugging complex problems with carrier grade

product

● Experience in JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP, Groovy is a plus

● Having practiced agile development process and familiar with scrum team based

environment

● Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken

● Solid communication skills to clearly articulate technical issues in both written and verbal

form;

● Must be strongly selfmotivated on learning new technologies;

● Must be a good team player.
