职务描述
As a member of the corporate relations team, you will serve as a point of contact for our Sanlitun SOHO space members in order to ensure the quality of our customer’s services. You will be also assisting the corporate relations director organizing events in order to promote our members’ companies and to help them understand different markets.
·  Professional secretarial and Company administrative support,
·  Providing IT&T support,
·  In charge of keeping of our common and event space free of complaints
·  Enhancing office sales by assisting on: office tour, welcoming and hosting customer’s client, holding an event for a customer,
·  Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and taking a message accordingly,
·  Mails and faxes handling regarding customer's instructions,
·  Maintenance all of our space equipment’s, getting problems resolved as quickly as possible,
·  Purchase and management of office supplies.
作为企业公关团队的一员,您将作为我们三里屯SOHO空间会员的切点,以确保我们客户服务的质量。您也将协助公司公关总监组织活动,促进我们的会员企业合作,以及帮助他们了解不同的市场。
·  专业文秘及Company行政等方面工作
·  提供IT&T支持
·  负责维持常见的活动及空间以免于投诉
·  通过参观办公室、欢迎及托管客户的客户及为某一个客户举办活动来加强办公室销售。
·  处理呼入及呼出的电话并记录相关信息。
·  处理有关顾客要求的电邮及传真
·  维护所有空间设备,并尽快解决问题
·  采购及管理办公用品
