Engineering Hardware Program Manager (EHPM) is responsible managing the technical execution of video and voice conferencing products. EHPM is expected to:

•       Plans/manages technical programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals

•       Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program

•       Work on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product 

•       Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resource, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create & track the project schedule

•       Assess risk and identify issues, monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with cross-function.

•       Review technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems

•       Create and track budget plan, resource plan

 

•       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Science or equivalent with 7+ years of work experience.

•       5 years in Hardware / Platform product management/development required, technical background sufficient to understand hardware development and issues involved with the project.

•       In-depth knowledge of embedded hardware, communication platforms, platform software and key component ecosystems.

•       3+ years program management experience from product definition all the way through to completion and delivery.

•       Excellent English skills, both in written and oral

•       Negotiation skills

•       Ability to plan and facilitate meetings

•       Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities

•       Persistent, creative and result oriented.
