Responsibilities:

Responsible for audio subsystem SW integration and audio codec development for Company’s video and voice conferencing products, and work in a dynamic environment, interface with local and oversea audio algorithm team to contribute to success of Company’s video and audio products.

•       Design and improve audio quality of new and existing products.

•       Audio performance tuning, verification and optimization from algorithm level.

•       Research, design, and prototype audio subsystems for new products.

•       Work with EE/ME/Acoustic Engineer to develop the acoustic excellence in products.

•       Research and drive advanced audio technologies and apply them to Company products to improve overall user experience.

 

•       Strong theoretical background in audio processing.

•       3+ years embedded software development with C/C++

•       In-depth knowledge on audio codecs and room processing

•       In-depth knowledge on DSP and optimizations.

•       1+ years development experience under Linux/Unix environment

•       Master or PhD Degree in audio signal processing or acoustics

•       5+ year industrial experience in audio technologies, specifically in audio room processing, audio codecs and/or acoustics.

•       Excellent English skills, both in written and oral

•       Good communication and interpersonal skills

•       Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities

•       Persistent, creative and result oriented.
