•       Work within Hardware organization and be responsible for HW solution and define HW implement requirement for IP router products

•       Require to work with hardware design, system and software teams

•       HW Quality control through the product development phase and maintenance phase.

•       To be interface between SW and HW, drive and follow up HW issues

 

•       Master degree in EE, communication and Information system, control system, etc.

•       Strong knowledge of IP access products (Ethernet Switching, Routing, QoS etc)

•       At least 3 years experienced in hardware system and experience of digital design is a plus

•       Leadership capability

•       Strong communication and presentation skills
