Job Summary:
As a Product Development Unit Manager you will ensures the teams deliver with right scope, quality, time and cost. You will ensure our technology leadership in SW development and LTE Broadcast domain. You are responsible to coach and develop individuals and teams to meet the business demand. You are responsible to foster an innovative and learning culture.

Position Qualifications:
Core Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of SW development and insight of industry trend
- Minimum 5-year working experience in SW development
- Domain knowledge in LTE and Content Delivery is preferable
- Proven abilities to initiate and drive improvements within and cross organization
- Good understanding of Media Business and customer insight
- Proven skill in coaching and mentoring, especially in coaching SW engineers and team leaders
- Good team player and self-motivated
Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements
- BSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
- Good command of English in written and spoken form
