Job Summary
The Network Engineer performs design, optimization and audit of a network to meet the customer requirements. The Network Engineer role is applicable for design & optimization of RAN, BBA, Transmission, Core, OM and Services Networks. The Network Engineer can be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.
The role is focused on executing design, audit and optimization services, where the network engineer is responsible for part of the solution and part of the service process. Hereby, the Network Engineer is responsible to keep time, performance and quality according to Company requirements and Customer contract.

Job Objective:
l To be responsible to provide Radio Network related service delivery to operators/customers. Typical services include Radio Network Design, Performance Optimization, Technical Solution Consulting, Audit & Benchmarking, and Technique Trials.
l To ensure the optimal service delivery and achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
The main responsibility as Radio NW Service Engineer is to complete services solution to meet customers’ business needs. It includes all Radio NW aspects from beginning to end, Radio NW Planning and Radio NW Optimization. Radio NW Service Engineers are also responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of Service Engineer.
Around 50% working time will travel outside Wuhan (include Oversea Travel)
Qualifications:
l WCDMA/LTE/GSM Radio Knowledge (Radio network architecture, Radio Characteristics, Cellular NW principle)
l Multi-vendor experience will be a plus
l Performance Analysis and Optimization (Air Interface Protocol analysis, Voice, CS, PS)
l Minimum a Bachelor of Science certificate in Telecommunications / Computer Area or equivalent.
l 3+ years of working experiences in radio network design and optimization area
l Excellent English skills, both oral and writing abilities are mandatory.
l Good communication skills with ability to work in multi-ethnical environment.
l Willing to travel for short or long assignments, willing to work hard for the company and personal development
l Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential. |
